As soon as you place an order you receive a unique order number and QR code. When you arrive, show either one to the waiter or scan it at the counter — the restaurant matches it to your prepared order. The code works even if you're offline.

Yes. At checkout you choose Pay online or Pay at restaurant. Either way the kitchen starts preparing right away and your QR code works the same.

You set an arrival time when ordering and restaurants time preparation to match it. Running late? Update your arrival time from the order screen and the kitchen adjusts automatically.

Absolutely. Pick Dine in to have a table ready with your meal, or Take away to grab your bag from the pickup counter and go. Each restaurant shows which services it supports.

You pay menu price. There are no delivery fees — there's no delivery — and no service surcharge for ordering ahead.
